Our good friends at Third Window Films has made it possible for us to share this brand new gem of a film. “Transcending Dimensions” is the new film from acclaimed filmmaker Toshiaki Toyoda.

We are excited to announce that “11 Rebels” will be shown at the JDFF2025. When we were in Japan last November, we went to see this fantastic film in the cinema. This is probably one of the best samurai films in modern times, in my opinion. An absolute intense and brutal movie.

The 3rd film we are announcing for the 2025JDFF is going to be the suspense mystery thriller “Six Singing Women”. It stars Takayuki Yamada, Asami Mizukawa and Yutaka Takenouchi. We are very excited about this film, that opened the Global Stage Hollywood film festival in 2024.

JDFF is continuing its great collaboration with the Mirror Liar Films in Japan, and happy to share with you that “MLF Season 6” will be screened at JDFF2025. JDFF is pleased to announce that at JDFF2025, one of the main events will be the celebration of the 25th anniversary of the legendary film “Battle Royale” !

JDFF 2025 is comfirmed to be held on 23-25 May 2025 at Nicolai Biograf, Kolding, Denmark. Please mark your calendars now! This year, the Film Festival will be organized jointly by JDKF and Nicolai Biograf. We look forward to seeing you soon.
